Stop the services for SCCM on the client computer SMS Agent Host Then in File Explorer visit CWindowsCCMSETUP. One workaround--which is horrid but it might work is to change your Database Compatibility mode. Open an elevated CMD and go to he path CWindowsCCMSETUP and press enter.
