Software Center Installing Stuck. While trying to install new apps from ubuntu software center the install got stuck it only show installing this my be case by Corrupted Cache Crashingfix ap. At first I attempted a handful of fixes to no avail.

When I look in Software Center on the workstation many of the apps either show Downloading 0 or Waiting to begin installation. Task sequence in software center is divided in 2 parts. And you see the status of update is in downloading state and it is almost stuck.
