Software Center Stuck On Waiting To Install. Clients cant install manually OUTSIDE maintenance windows meaning during the business day through Software Center even though allow users to run program independently is checked. When I look in Software Center on the workstation many of the apps either show Downloading 0 or Waiting to begin installation.
We have 4 software updates KB3077715 KB080149 KB3075249 and KB3078667 since late august which simply wont install and are always stuck at the status Waiting to Install in Software Center. Were using SCCM version 2012 R2 SP1 CU1. I am running SCCM 1802 and the workstations are newly imaged Windows 10 machines.

The problem is a bug in SCCM client. SC has not updated in the past 24 hours. SC does not have software that was just made available and you need it quickly. If the app downloads are not working on a single machine you can assume that issue could be with that specific computer.
